Standard Shipments
All shutters available in the shopping basket are sized to ship via UPS to the 48 contiguous states. Additional charges will apply for shutters that exceed the lengths listed online, also for Alaska, Hawaii and international orders.
All products will be shipped standard ground via our preferred carriers, which are subject to change without notice. All duties, taxes and other charges are the responsibilty of the customer.
Shipping Errors or Defective Product
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact customer service toll free at 1-866-414-4822 within 15 days of receipt for a Exchange Authorization Number. Please have your order number or invoice number available when you call.
Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your package(s) before signing the release. Once you have signed the release, you have accepted the goods in their current condition. If the goods are damaged, you should refuse to sign the release. If your merchandise is damaged, please call customer service toll free at 1-866-414-4822 within 15 days of receipt so we can replace the damaged goods.
