- All products are manufactured on a per order basis, therefore, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please be sure of the color, quantities and sizes before ordering.
- Representation of colors and grain may be slightly modified due to the maufacturing process. Color samples are available upon request.
- Due to the nature of our materials, sizes and dimensions may vary.

Shipping Errors or Defective Product
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact customer service toll fee at 1-866-414-4822 within 15 days of receipt for a Exchange Authorization Number. Please have your order number or invoice number available when you call.
Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your package(s) before signing the release. Once you have signed the release, you have accepted the goods in their current condition. If the goods are damaged, you should refuse to sign the release. If your merchandise is damaged, please call customer service toll free at 1-866-414-4822 within 15 days of receipt so we can replace the damaged goods.
